Your plans were great! We modified the plans to include an arched door and shingle. Because we live in the upper midwest, we spent extra on insulation and electrical wiring for heaters and lights.

Great plans! First time I've ever built something like this. The plans were detailed and straight forward. I was able to make a few modifications- i used a bigger window and rounded off the door and made a green roof. Turned out perfect! I was able to get all the wood at second hand building stores. Total cost was about $240. Thank you! Can't wait to get my chicks out here!

Very well described. It cost me about 750 in materials in the Midwest and I had it put together by myself in about 32 hours. I've never built anything before and was able to do it.

Very easy to follow instructions. The seller was super helpful if we had any questions or alterations for the plans.

I recently finished building my wife a coop, picture attached.   I have never built anything my whole adult life until my wife downloaded these plans and asked me to build it. I said no way, until I looked over the detailed plan in which I said, so detailed and good instructions...  I then asked her what is next I really enjoyed building this coop..

I expanded the plans and made it 8ft long. In hind site I would’ve done 94inches to avoid a few hiccups. The plans were great! You can build it exactly the way the plan says or even expand it with no real extra effort. With the expansion I spent $850 and that’s including a lot of mistakes I made. I’d say utilize eBay, amazon prior to going to Lowe’s. I saved a lot ordering my hardware online.

Great plans! Was about $600 for all the supplies. I loved how each step listed the supplies needed, how to cut each piece and a drawing on how it goes together with a written description. We love our coop! Took about 2 days to build.
